Dr. Starnes has been serving patients in Virginia since 2008. She is passionate about dentistry and providing the best care for her patients.
She has a patient-centric approach involving active collaboration, where patients are integral in decision-making processes. Continuing education is important to her, and she prioritizes attending courses at the most prestigious educational facilities. She has completed advanced training at the Las Vegas Institute for Esthetic and Neuromuscular Dentistry, a one-year post-graduate program through AAID to further her dental implant education, extensive orthodontic treatment with clear aligners, cosmetic procedures, and laser certification.
Dr. Starnes enjoys providing patients with a wide range of dental services while continuously adding skills to her armamentarium. She is pursuing a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry, awarded for a commitment to continuing education.

Life & Hobbies
Outside the office, Dr. Starnes enjoys being outdoors, reading, doing arts and crafts with her daughters, and cooking with her husband.
